Inside the most-viewed homes of the month

Dreaming of a mansion in the countryside or a view of the sea? Well you’re not alone. Just like Britain’s biggest EuroMillions winners who went straight to Rightmove to see where they could move to, this month people across Great Britain have been browsing a selection of dream homes they might go for if they won the lottery. We’ve taken a look at the most-viewed homes currently captivating the nation, and they are all pretty incredible.

From a Downton Abbey-style manor house on a sprawling estate, to a jaw-dropping mega-mansion fit for Bond film.

Take a look.

1. A new-build estate in Oxshott

This Oxshott home with ultra-modern design features comes with James Bond-style sleek decor and a sprawling main house with over 70 rooms.

This showstopping home isn’t short on stand-out features, including a Corinthian pillar-lined pool for the most grandiose of dips, a grass tennis court for true Wimbledon-style rallies, a red carpet-style home cinema, and a ten-pin bowling lane.

2. A secret mansion in Dyserth

Offering a pitch-perfect mix of modern interior design and lush countryside living, this incredible home is built right into the hillside in Denbighshire.

On the multi-level al fresco areas you’ll find a hot tub, pizza oven and fire pit, plus different vantage points across the ocean and Liverpool Bay.

Inside there’s a bar where the drinks come with the gentle swish of tropical fish in the built-in aquarium, a cinema room, and plenty of glazed walls so those views can be enjoyed from indoors, too.

3. A Downton Abbey-style manor house in the Peak District

Looking like it’s been plucked straight from the set of a period drama, we’re pretty sure Lord Grantham wouldn’t feel out of place at this riverside Bakewell home.

Mahoghany-panelled walls, chunky beams and a stone kitchen hearth are just some of the plethora of original features found in this historical dream home. Head outdoors to find landscaped gardens filled with woodland, and topiary hedging clipped to millimetre precision.

4. A palatial period home in Egham

Complete with its own helicopter pad, stable yard and luxury indoor pool, Bishopsgate House is set within 34 acres of verdant Surrey countryside.

This showstopping home’s next residents can sneak through the hedgerow maze or pick produce straight from the kitchen garden and orchard, and enjoy private access into Windsor Great Park from the grounds.

5. A luxurious seaside home in Lancashire

Set over four floors, this Lytham home mixes glossy glamour with the natural beauty of the neighbouring seaside.

Absorb unparalleled sea views via the impressive glazed walls, while the raised-level garden offers the ultimate entertaining space for balmy summer evenings. Indoors, discover a tranquil leisure suite with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and state-of-the-art gym.
