Henry Building wins St James’s workplace scheme

Plans for 40 Broadway

Demolition contractor Erith is nearing completion of bringing down the outdated buildings and Henry Building Tasks will transfer on web site subsequent month.

The 40 Broadway web site, reverse St James’s Park tube station, initially comprised a Nineteen Sixties workplace constructing at 40/48 Broadway with massive automobile park, a Twenties warehouse-style constructing at 1/11 Carteret Avenue and an extra Eighties workplace constructing at 13/15 Carteret Avenue.

Tellon secured planning permission in 2018 for a redevelopment to create an eight-storey distinct workplace constructing offering roughly 135,000 sqft of bespoke workplace lodging. The scheme features a sequence of terraces at numerous ranges with views throughout St James’s Park.

The venture crew contains, 3D Reid Architects, Mosaic Consulting Engineers, IN2 MEP Consultants and Gardiner & Theobald as value advisor.

Tellon Capital was established by companions Ben Hamburger and James Burchell in 2014 as a UK actual property funding agency.
